AR3100/AR4100 Operational Recorder

The AR3100/AR4100 is a high speed ,multi-function,smart recorder,with 60 mathematical functions, not only can accomplish statistics, count, interlock and timing control, but also can start/stop recording automatically.

With 32-bit microprocessor, 5.6″ TFT LCD and 128MB inbuilt memory,the AR3100/AR4100 consists of 60 function modules, 12 analog inputs, 2 digital inputs, 2 pulse inputs, 4 analog outputs, 12 digital outputs and 100mA transmitter power supply. It offers data calculation, display, record, alarm, analytic reports, statistic reports and high-speed sampling period. With RS-232C/RS-485 serials communication or the Ethernet interface, real-time monitor, remote diagnosis, settings management and history transfer can be fully utilized.



Maths Expression
The AR3100/AR4100 is a smart recorder. Up to 60 mathematical functions are offered to develop complex and flexible custom solutions. These functions, such as arithmetic, Boolean, mathematical calculation, relational operation, complicated logical function, statistic function, timer operation, etc., can be combined with various signals as AI, DI, PI, CONF, DO, TIM, alarm status, etc.

Mass Flow Compensation
For obtaining a more precise fluid flow measurement, the AR3100/AR4100 provides 5 preset selections, SHS (superheated stream), STS (saturated steam), GAS (ideal gas), LPC (linear pressure compensation), and LTC (linear temperature compensation).

Long-term History Data Record
128MB inbuilt memory is provided for long-term history data storage. Take 32MB for example, if 2 recording channels are activated and recording interval is set as 1s, about 1923 hours data can be logged uninterruptedly. The interval is optional from 0.125sec to 60 hrs. History data in AR3100/AR4100 can be transferred to computer by communication or using USB flash disk.

Removable Media
Up to 32GB USB flash disk is accepted to transfer the history data, the settings, the logging data and the monitoring displays from recorder to PC.

2 serial communications are offered including RS-232C and RS-485 using the Modbus/Rbus protocol. Additionally, Ethernet with TCP/IP protocol and GPRS with RS-232C is also provided.
